Jilaine Parkes
Jilaine Parkes is a 28-year Human Resources / Organization Development Professional who has held Senior Director roles at Bombardier, Canadian Tire, Kraft Foods and Cineplex Entertainment. Jilaine’s key responsibilities throughout her HR/OD career included driving the design and implementation of organization systems such as Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Strategic Planning, that helped to realize corporate initiatives and objectives. Additionally, Jilaine was active in defining critical HR processes and programs that mobilized organizational growth. Jilaine attended Wilfrid Laurier University studying Psychology and graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Human Resources Management. Jilaine also attended University of Toronto OISE acquiring certification training in Adult Education and is licensed in several HR-related tools including job design, competency management and personality profiling through psychometric instruments such as the MBTI - Myers Briggs Type Indicator. From 2009 to 2023, Jilaine was actively involved in the launch and growth of SpriggHR Inc., www.sprigghr.com an online Human Resources software application that focuses on Performance Management and other key HR systems. Jilaine is the Founder and currently holds a Board position with the organization. After exiting her start-up SpriggHR in May 2023, Jilaine has returned to her true passion of coaching and currently manages the consulting practice HR Services On-Call driving several client projects in both a project and fractional capacity in areas of Policy / Compliance Management, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Job Design, and Team Chartering.

A culture award winner, he is exceptionally skilled at cultural assessment, reengineering workflow processes, coaching/mentoring, increasing performance metrics, leading, developing internal organizational systems, and developing organizational capacity. He is a goal-oriented people first leader with demonstrated ability to function as a business partner, initiating and implementing HR strategies to maximize staff effectiveness.
